MyVerse Privacy Policy

1. Overview
MyVerse is an internal operations application operated by VersePort Private Limited and intended for authorized users.
2. Information processed
MyVerse may process business information entered by authorized users, including:
- client and vendor information
- program information
- purchase orders
- invoices
- expenses
- payment and receipt records
- operational documents
- user account/profile information
3. Google Drive access
MyVerse may request access to Google Drive for the purpose of creating, uploading, organizing, storing, opening, and retrieving business documents generated or uploaded through MyVerse.
Google user data accessed through Google APIs is used only to provide MyVerse document-management functionality and is not used for advertising.
MyVerse does not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising or profiling.
MyVerse uses access granted by the authorized Google account only for application-related document operations.
4. How information is used
Information processed through MyVerse may be used to:
- operate MyVerse
- manage business workflows
- store and retrieve documents
- generate operational reports
- send internal notifications
- maintain audit or history records where applicable
5. Data sharing
MyVerse does not sell personal or business data.
Data may be shared only with service providers used to operate the application, such as:
- Google Drive for document storage
- Postmark for internal operational email delivery
- infrastructure/cloud providers used by MyVerse
6. Data retention
Business and operational records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, contractual, accounting, audit, or legal purposes.
7. Access and security
Access to the private MyVerse application is restricted to authorized users.
